Agrani is a dynamic member of the Parkway Physio & Rehab team, serving as the Patient Experience Coordinator, where she is the first point of contact for our patients. She graduated from Durham College’s Occupational and Physiotherapist Assistant program and has almost a year of hands-on experience as a Physiotherapy Assistant and administrative experience. Her strong clinical background, combined with her organizational skills, allows her to provide exceptional support and coordination for patients and staff alike.

With formal training in physiotherapy and occupational therapy assistance, Agrani understands the importance of clear communication, patient comfort, and seamless care coordination. Her knowledge of rehabilitation practices helps her anticipate patients’ needs and ensure they receive timely and efficient service from our multidisciplinary team.
